Radial Piston Design: Radial piston motors like the MCR-C series use multiple pistons arranged in a radial configuration around a central drive shaft. This design provides high torque and smooth operation.
High Torque: MCR-C motors are known for their high torque capabilities, making them suitable for applications requiring heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling.
Variable Displacement: Many models in the MCR-C series offer variable displacement, allowing you to adjust the speed and torque output according to the application's requirements.
High Pressure Capability: These motors are designed to handle high-pressure hydraulic systems, making them suitable for demanding applications.
Efficiency: MCR-C motors are engineered for high efficiency, contributing to energy savings and improved overall system performance.
Compact Design: Despite their high torque output, radial piston motors often have a relatively compact design compared to other motor types.
Mounting Options: MCR-C motors come in various mounting configurations to accommodate different installation requirements.
Control Options: Depending on the specific variant, MCR-C motors can be equipped with various control options, including hydraulic control, electro-hydraulic control, and electronic control.
Applications: The MCR-C series motors are commonly used in various heavy machinery applications, such as mining equipment, construction machinery, marine equipment, and more.
Bosch Rexroth MCR-C radial piston motors have a rear case mounting and flanged drive shaft. These motors have a compact front housing and are intended for drives in open or closed circuits. They are commonly used in applications where there is lower external loading. The integrated flange with wheel studs allows easy installation of standard wheel rims. MCR-C motors come in one frame size: MCR20C. Displacements range from 1750 cc/rev. to 3000 cc/rev. Differential pressure is up to 450 bar, torque output is up to 19099 Nm and speeds are up to 125 rpm. See the “Technical Data” tab for more details. Other features of the Bosch Rexroth MCR-C motor include: Compact robust construction High volumetric and mechanical efficiencies Rear case mount Wheel flange with wheel studs High reliability Low maintenance Smooth running at very low speeds Low noise Bi-directional Sealed tapered roller bearings Freewheeling possible Available with: holding brake (multi-disc), bi-directional two speed, integrated flushing valve and speed sensor
