Radial Piston Design: Radial piston motors like the MCR-R series use multiple pistons arranged in a radial configuration around a central drive shaft. This design provides high torque and smooth operation.
High Torque: MCR-R motors are known for their high torque capabilities, making them suitable for applications requiring heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling.
Variable Displacement: Many models in the MCR-R series offer variable displacement, allowing you to adjust the speed and torque output according to the application's requirements.
High Pressure Capability: These motors are designed to handle high-pressure hydraulic systems, making them suitable for demanding applications.
Efficiency: MCR-R motors are engineered for high efficiency, contributing to energy savings and improved overall system performance.
Compact Design: Despite their high torque output, radial piston motors often have a relatively compact design compared to other motor types.
Mounting Options: MCR-R motors come in various mounting configurations to accommodate different installation requirements.
Control Options: Depending on the specific variant, MCR-R motors can be equipped with various control options, including hydraulic control, electro-hydraulic control, and electronic control.
Applications: The MCR-R series motors are commonly used in various heavy machinery applications, such as mining equipment, construction machinery, marine equipment, and more.
The Bosch Rexroth MCR-R radial piston motor is for hydraulic drive assist on a vehicle axle. The motor comes in frame size, MCR10R with displacements of 780 cc/rev and 1120 cc/rev. Differential pressure is up to 450 bar, torque output is up to 6420 Nm, drive speed up to 215 rpm and freewheel speeds are up to 600 rpm. See the “Technical Data” tab for more details. Other features of the Bosch Rexroth MCR-R radial piston motor include: Compact robust construction; Rotating case design; High volumetric and mechanical efficiencies; High pressure rating; High reliability; Low maintenance; Smooth running at very low speeds; Low noise; Integrated flushing in drive and freewheel.
